The VajraLove look is a stunning remix of original works & interpretations of classic themes that embrace design motifs from international sources around the planet.

VajraLove designs are both produced & curated by a core group of  Designers & Art Directors who between them all have over 300 years of combined professional design credits in Fine Art, Fashion, Music, and Entertainment.

Our Design Studios are primarily in California, Hawaii, Bali, Ibiza, and Thailand. Around seventy percent of our garment & accessory blanks are made abroad, and the rest are made in the USA.

Both our Printing and Business operations are in the USA, with some additional production facilities in UK, Europe, & Australia for the benefit of our customers in these areas.

• Our Automated Order Processing takes 3-5 business days to get your order, set it up, print it, pack it & send it to you. Pretty much 90% of our products are only created the moment you order them.

• If You Want It Faster –  Processing time remains pretty much the same for individual orders, but shipping can be expedited by paying extra.

• Cutoff Times: Daily cutoff to start processing on the same business day is: 12:00 PM ET / 4:00PM PDT

• VajraLove Business Days /Working Hours are Monday to Friday – 10am to 4PM PST (LA Time).

FYI – We Make Each Item Just For You: It usually only takes us a few hours to get busy fulfilling your order, and the process starts the moment your payment clears, so expect very little delay. See the section below for word on Product Availability.

Bliss! Not only are these prints Vivid & Detailed, but they’re also really durable if you care for the garment right. Naturally the more you wear them, the more of a mellow ‘patina’ these tops acquire, but the art will last as long as the garment if you clean it right.

Obviously the art on non- fabric items like Water Bottles, Coffee Mugs, Phone Cases & Sunglasses, etc. NEVER fades.

Here’s a few smart guidelines for taking care of the Tee-Shirts & Garments printed using our high-tech direct to garment (DTG) print system.

You can usually find basic care instructions printed on the inside tag of the garment, and also on a printed flyer found inside the package that was mailed to you.

Follow these suggested ideal laundry tips and your item will last a long time, and keep the same bright looking design:

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water, and with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest possible heat setting to get acceptable pressing results. Same with steaming garments – turn it inside out first.

Drying: Tumble dry at low or medium heat, or hang-dry.

Major No-No’s: Avoid using bleach, and Do Not Dry Clean DTG prints.

All VajraLove Products, Accessories, & Items easily available on our site are made of the best materials & construction while still keeping everything as affordable as possible, and that’s how we like it.

Because our unique product range is super limited, our company is small, our designs are complex & exotic,  and are produced with a super high-quality high tech printing & embroidery process – VajraLove products are generally a bit higher in price.

We have super cool graphic styling, but this is not Armani, and the VajraLove line is specifically designed & priced to be playful, practical, very affordable, and used every day.

Most VajraLove Products, Accessories, & Items are – for now – built on widely available blank garments in classic styles. We use dependable international manufacturers like Bella+Canvas, Gilden, American Apparel, and others we know are consistent quality & dependable delivery. 

By intentional design, your credit card number, dates, & security codes, or any personal information of any kind is never stored on the VajraLove website servers. Ever.

The Woocommerce payment gateway we use only shares your sensitive information directly to the bank or credit card payment processor.

We’ve designed our payment gateway to ensure that credit card data never enters or passes through our website’s database.

And while this means we don’t need to meet the burdensome & expensive security standards required for storing customers’ credit card numbers the VajraLove website is thoroughly ‘Hardened’ against all hackers regardless.

We use an amazing security system called WordFence that keeps all the bad actors fully locked out.

Logging in to your VajaLove account is protected by Google Recaptcha, and while we do keep a secure record of your VajraLove account username & password for ease of access to this site, it’s only for use on this site.

If possible we absolutely recommend you use Two Factor Authentication to keep this & ALL your accounts everywhere safe & secure.

Due to the nature of how VajraLove products are packaged & shipped items that are on a separate production line are sometimes shipped in separate packages.

All shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The shipping estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your order.

Shipping costs differ based on the type & quantity of products in your order. The final total shipping costs should be displayed during the checkout process. 

One exception is sweatshirts, which can be shipped along with t-shirts, bags, phone cases, and/or hats – but the shipping base price will be for the sweatshirt 1st item price, and then any items from another group of products will be charged the additional item charge for that group.

USPS First Class International is the cheapest (and slowest) international shipping method available, with a delivery estimate of 7-21 business days. First Class Mail International packages have a 4lb weight limit, so if the total weight of your order exceeds 4lbs, you will not see this option.

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International is an expedited shipping method, with a delivery estimate of 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express International is the fastest USPS International shipping method, with a delivery estimate of 3-5 business days.

All USPS International shipping methods provide estimated — not guaranteed — delivery dates. Delivery may take longer than these estimates due to weather, mail volume, covid, and delays at each country’s customs facilities. Unfortunately, these factors are out of our control, so we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates or refunds in the event of delays.

VajraLove is not responsible for any delays due to customs – which may be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Tracking

While tracking is provided on ALL orders – tracking is only valid when in the USA. Once the package leaves the US for international orders it will not update.

Standard Packaging

Most packages are shipped to you at your specified address in plain, super durable lightweight poly bags. There are no markings on the packages other than the VajraLove company return address label. Inside you’ll find your product(s), garment care info, and an itemized packing slip with a thumbnail image of your order with mention of the size, color, and quality included.

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. After all we are occasionally only human! If this is the case, then VajraLove will be happy to assist you in sorting it out in any way we can.

If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part then we’re more than happy to replace the item for you.

Our Responsibility

Oops! If somewhere along the way a mistake was overlooked then we owe you a huge apology! No worries! If any of the following situations apply then VajraLove will take care of it for you, and asap.

Faulty Product: If the product has a hole in it, or some sort of stain, or an obvious manufacturing defect.

Placement Issue: If a print is clearly crooked, tilted, or clearly off-center (by more than two inches).

Incorrect Design: If we somehow printed or sent you the wrong design.

Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong garment, color, or size.

Your Responsibility:

Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a simple mistake. If any of the following situations are the case then it’s pretty much up to you to sort things out.

You Ordered The Wrong Size or Design; What if you ordered the wrong size and then found it didn’t fit? Our garments are pretty basic, so it’s hard to get the fit wrong, but you may have accidentally entered the wrong size when ordering. It does happen.

Suggestion – reorder the right size and then gift the other item to someone it will fit & make a happy friend out of them!

Incorrect Address; If you made an error in the shipping address packages returned to us can and will be shipped to you again, on request, but at the original cost of re-shipping it. If it comes back we’ll contact you by email to let you know.

“What happens if an item I’ve ordered isn’t in stock?”

We can honestly say that 99.6% of our orders are completed without there ever being any stock availability issues. That said, due to our dynamic & fast moving inventory system we have (very rarely) experienced stock issues.

Notification

Online
Items that are sold out are usually removed from our website or tagged a notice that it’s ‘temporarily out of stock’. Often a notice will be posted next to the item, with word about when it will be available again.

Frequently the website will not allow you to order the item if it’s out of stock, but if somehow that doesn’t happen we will notify you via email that an item in one of your orders is out of stock and suggest that you pick out another cool style you might like.

Substitution
There are usually comparable substitute styles for most of our products. If an item is suddenly sold out then you can look through our product offerings and choose a similar item and reorder using that. If you do decide to substitute the item we can print your design on the new item and ship it out to you – no problem!

If there’s not a suitable replacement item, or if you just don’t want to substitute, then we can always cancel the order for you. Unfortunately, we don’t keep a rolling back order list.
